8591 Differential Pressure & Pilot Valves

Y&F 8591 Series Differential Pressure Sensing Pilot Valves are used for surge control, rate-of-flow and minimum differential pressure control applications. They can be used with hydraulic oil, water, gasoline, and petroleum products compatible with the materials of construcion within the specified operating temperatures.

The Y&F 8591 Series Differential Pressure Sensing Pilot Valves are 3-way, 2-position modulating differential pilot valves. The design incorporates a pressure sensitive rolling diaphragm design for precision pilot control. The valve will open and close the normally closed and normally open ports, respectively, in proportion to the differential pressure between the high and low sense lines.

  • Zero leakage across sensing diaphragm
  • No external leakage
  • Max operating pressure at COM, NO and NC ports: 1500 psig
  • Maximum sense port pressure: 600 psi
  • Maximum sense port differential pressure: 150 psig
  • Sense pressure ranges (differential): 6-30 psid, adjustable
  • Field adjustable pilot control
  • Low friction seals for fast and reliable operation
  • Fluid temperature range: -20°F to 200°F
